The actively managed Equity US portfolio allows clients to invest in TOP equity titles traded on the American stock exchange.

Portfolio objective and strategy

The goal of the portfolio is to regularly beat the benchmark (the so-called positive "Alpha"). Portfolio management is implemented on the basis of Markowitz's theory of efficient portfolios. The mentioned concept tries to implement the so-called of the product of diversification, that is, to minimize the risk of the portfolio while relatively preserving its yield. Basic characteristics of the portfolio

The portfolio focuses on investments in the so-called of dividend "value" companies operating in the Eurozone. The portfolio should ensure adequate diversification of the client's investments and assets.

The goal of the portfolio is to regularly beat the Benchmark, i.e. creating surplus value (the so-called positive "Alpha"). Portfolio management is implemented on the basis of Markowitz's theory of efficient portfolios. The mentioned concept tries to implement the so-called of the product of diversification, that is, to minimize the risk of the portfolio while relatively preserving its yield. The portfolio invests in a selected and limited number of company shares, selected on the basis of fundamental and technical analysis. The selection of companies is subject to an initial pre-selection of individual industrial sectors, which are analyzed from the point of view of their potential to exceed the average GDP growth of the Eurozone by overall growth.

Within the sector, key companies are subsequently selected, which should participate in the growth of the selected sectors to the greatest extent and, at the same time, which have the potential to bring an above-standard dividend yield, while being able to achieve above-standard key financial ratio indicators, as well as above-standard non-financial indicators, especially concerns the so-called ESG criteria (Environmental, Social, and Governance criteria) represent a set of standards implemented in the management and operation of companies, which point to the ability of companies to behave responsibly in key issues of sustainable development, social justice and effective, transparent and responsible management of companies.

Safe Harbor

Basic characteristics of the portfolio

The portfolio invests exclusively in long-term bonds issued by the US government. The portfolio is composed exclusively of assets whose total market capitalization is over 500 million. EUR and which are traded exclusively on markets with effective liquidity. The sources of portfolio value are: coupon yield, yield from the movement of bond prices and yield from the movement of the EUR/USD currency pair.

Portfolio objective and strategy

The portfolio strategy is aimed at achieving income from the movement of the prices of government bonds issued by the US government with maturities from 20 to 50 years, whose credit quality is always investment grade. The price of the mentioned bonds fell by about 50% as of 1/11/2023 due to the highest inflation in the USA in the last 40 years. U.S. interest rates have reached levels that result in a significant discount to historic, low-yielding, long-term U.S. government bonds. However, inflation in the USA is gradually reaching the FED's target, which implies the possibility of a significant increase in their prices.

Defense's actively managed dynamic portfolio allows clients to invest in selected assets from defense and military industry sector.

Portfolio objective and strategy

The goal of the portfolio is to regularly beat the benchmark (the so-called positive "Alpha"). The portfolio allows clients to participate in changing the value of globally operating defense and military companies sector in a safe and efficient way through the managed portfolio service.

All companies included in the portfolio will be exclusively publicly traded companies from Western countries, or from countries that are in alliance with the USA.
